Refund policy

At West Dale Designs, all products are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel, we maintain the following return and refund policy to ensure operational accuracy and production fairness.

  1. Custom Product Policy
    All custom apparel, embroidery, DTF printed garments, personalized products, spirit wear, and made-to-order items are considered final sale unless there is a verified production defect or order error caused by West Dale Designs.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable: Customized apparel Personalized garments Items with custom names, numbers, logos, or artwork Washed or worn garments Orders approved through mockup or proof
    confirmation Bulk team or school orders after production begins.

  3. Order Approval Responsibility
    Customers are responsible for reviewing all sizing, garment selections, spelling, artwork placement, and order details before final approval and checkout.

  4. Defective or Incorrect Orders
    If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include: Your order number Photos of the issue A description of the problem If the issue is verified as a production error
    caused by West Dale Designs, we may: Replace the item Issue store credit Provide a partial or full refund at our discretion.

  5. Color & Print Variations
    Minor variations in garment color, print positioning, embroidery placement, thread color, or screen display representation are normal in custom apparel production and are not considered defects.

  6. Shipping Delays
    West Dale Designs is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather interruptions, or delivery delays once packages are transferred to the carrier.

  7. Cancellation Policy
    Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once artwork setup, printing, embroidery digitizing, or production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
