West Dale Designs produces custom apparel on a made-to-order basis. Shipping timelines may vary based on order size, production complexity, and seasonal demand.

1. Processing Time
   Standard production processing times are typically: DTF apparel orders: 3–10 business days Embroidery orders: 5–14 business days Bulk or team orders: timelines vary based on order size Production time does not include shipping transit time.
   
   
2. Shipping Carriers
   We may ship using USPS, or UPS based on operational efficiency and destination.
   
   
3. Shipping Delays
   Carrier delays, weather events, holidays, supplier shortages, and peak season demand may impact delivery timelines. These delays are outside of our control.
   
   
4. Incorrect Addresses
   Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. West Dale Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
   
   
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
   Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, liability transfers to the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly for shipping claims when applicable.
   
   
6. Tracking Information
   Tracking numbers are typically provided once orders are fulfilled and packaged.
   
   
7. Local Pickup
   If local pickup is offered, customers will receive pickup instructions after order completion.
